I was apparently waiting for MR but ended up getting DM status and finally get refusal letter (although i don't care if they refuse) but the reason they give in letter was pretty weird short of couple of points, as they didn't count my wife 12 years education points which is 3 points.
When I first time sent my status for NOC 0213 everything was mentioned even wife education and I able to get 1st (from Sydney) and 2nd (from London) acknowledgment.
My question for you guys how they can miss count my wife points and as far as I know point calculation take place when you first apply and then they ask for documents which I provided and no 2 no. kam at all, all original.
Is there any way we can ask why they did such big mistake?

Those who are from Pakistan [applied under Fast Track] & waiting for their *Medical Request*, its time to get connected.
I request all to post your timelines here. We should share information with eachother to pass this long agonising waiting period.
My intentions that we should not only help eachother to get PR but remain in touch after landing in Canada [INSHALLAH].
HY I HAVE APPLIED AS A SKILLED WORKER AND THEY REJECT MY CASE FORM 1 NUMBER THEY HAVE DEDUCT MY ONE NUMBER OF ADAPTABILITY THEY GAVE ME 9 0UT OF 10 WHEREAS MY AND MY WIFE'S RELATIVE R THERE IN CANADA.
TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO CAN I APPEAL AND HOW MUCH WILL CAST AND WILL THEY REFUND MY FEE.I WAS REJECTED AFTER DECISION MADE BEFORE MEDICAL.
I am looking Forward a positive Response from your side.

Veva, Your documents are received by chc already ? my docs sent on 3rd are not yet delivered, TCS site shows departed from international operations,  Khalid, Upated docs ahve been rcvd by CHC on 3rd April as I sent through DHL who delivered within 2 working days and in Lambeth,London recieving have been signed off. since then no news  ? whats ur mobile nomber, let us chit chat..if ur mobile no is not CONFIDENTIAL then may send me in PM |

dont worry about ur IELTS certificate...its validity is for 2 years only....and by seeing ur application date 2 years have already passed...
inshaAllah all will go well...keep praying...and stay positive....
Is ILETS vaid for 2 yrs? I hardly passed ilets and manage to appear due to job time constraints - would i need to re-sit?I appeared for ilets in august 2009, recently asking for upadted docs CHC didnt require me to re-appear in ilets - but after ur txt i dont feel satisfied - would i need a re-sit as my ilets result expired now if assumed its valdity for 2 yrs ? |

IELTS validity is for 2 years. And in normal trend its not been observed as if VO have asked anyone to re-appear for IELTS. Regards, Ali. |

Dear IELTS is valid for 2 years that means when you apply for your immigration the IELTS certificate should be dated within 2 years time-that is its validity.... when u submitted IELTS it was obviously valid at that time...so it has never happened that the CIC has asked to resubmit IELTS test again...cases usually takes long time to come to a conclusion....so u dont need to worry about the IELTS test certificate....once given...is given.... it only means that u cannot use this IELTS certificate again anywhere else as 2 years passes... i hope ur clear now.... |

oohhoo hinna dont worry.
Verification ka khuch pata nahi hota wo kabhi bhi ho sakti hai even after medicals.
But now a days 30% chances for verification.
They have return your documents it means they already verify and scan your documents.
If you apply caipsnotes it will be helpfull and you can see your points. |

Thats right. CHC never asks for updated IELTS result. The IELTS result should be valid at the time of submission to CHC and not necessarily at the time of review at CHC. Dear
