Pakistan Applicants Waiting For *Medical Request*...

I was apparently waiting for MR but ended up getting DM status and finally get refusal letter (although i don't care if they refuse) but the reason they give in letter was pretty weird short of couple of points, as they didn't count my wife 12 years education points which is 3 points.

When I first time sent my status for NOC 0213 everything was mentioned even wife education and I able to get 1st (from Sydney) and 2nd (from London) acknowledgment.
My question for you guys how they can miss count my wife points and as far as I know point calculation take place when you first apply and then they ask for documents which I provided and no 2 no. kam at all, all original.

Is there any way we can ask why they did such big mistake?

Sorry, but 12 yrs of spouse education will not earn any points and 1st and 2nd AOR doesn't mean that points are calculated, please take suggestions fromm others too. This is my understanding only

Completed at least 12 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies and a one-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship.
Does she has 1 year diploma also, within 12 yrs education, then 3 points

Your posts are very confusing becoz some time you said i didnt get any thing from TCS , some time you said i already got medicals 1 month before, some time you said i got medicals yesterday, some time you said i didnt inform CHC for my child.Some time you said till today i haven't received any letter or email from LVO.

Kindly clarify these wordings.

Good u visited the post office, where was the envelope lying ? 
I have already got my originals , so now MR will come by normal mail only, is it a printed envelop of CHC UK, so easy to recognize and to describe to the postman.

This is an update...
Today my consultant called me and informed me that they got a letter from London VO stating that I have to wait another 6-12 months

I don't know if this a positive indicator or a "Polite" refusal....
Let's wait and see.

I think these people will get medicals in the beginning of 2013, but they can be relaxed that almost approved.

I think they can send the medical within a months/2 of 6 months as soon as the background check. security check are over

There are people which have been assured 6-12 months wait.

A little restlessness on my side after analyzing this unique situation.

What is your comment about estimated time of MR for Post July11 MI3 applicants?
I have got PER 10Jan 2012 and in process on ECAS since 10Jan12.

There are people which have been assured 6-12 months wait.
