Same letter but instead of being written 6-12 months they wrote 4 months.
What do you mean by same letter its not possible.
Those who are getting update documents they are getting this kind of letter.
They clearly saying that 90 days deadline and give us 4 months for review/verify your documents.  |

No original docs returned nor POF demanded by LVO.
NOC 0213
Whereas, i have observed almost everyone rejected / waiting letter for this NOC 0213...
Im feeling alone, being asked for med etc...

Thats the most disturbing info that how they can return the sealed envelop without opening it. didn
I never sent the transcripts in sealed envelops and I got the medicals and approvals.
They definitely checked the IELTS certificate and marked 4 4 4 4 under all of my band score by a black fountain pen. Now I can't present it to anyone else.
Salman, I had almost the same situation, I was surprised too when found my B.Engg from UET,Lhr sealed and same with my M.Engg,from UK sealed docs. I thought too the same as u did that why didnt they open these docs and in the end the things that i didnt recieve are, ILETS score card, PCCs from 3 countries, Bank credit letter,original CIC forms, bank Statements, family registration cert, and rest all they returned i dont know if it is a good sign or not?now i am waiting for MR.  please advise how do u see all this, any comment? |

I have just observed that, nowadays, the speed of coming MR, is very slow as in jan/feb/march....
and now refusal / waiting letters are coming mostly....
If your ecase is states that they have started processing again in somewhere jan/feb 2012, and still you have not received anything....Than my suggestion is, to write an email to LVO, for case specific inquiry.
There could be two reasons....
1: They have sent the MR etc but our due to our local post system, it get lost somewhere
2: LVO has not yet issued the MR etc.
on inquiring with LVO , you will come to know, what is happening or happened.
Furthermore, senior member like Staralihaider, and Khalid H and others can guide you more.
God knows the best and the best time, and brings the best time to us all.

They did the same with me, never opned my and my spouse degrees sealed in HEC envelops.  A friend says every VO has own style, is s/he is satisfied; will not open. friend is consultant. anyway. lets see |
