Initial Application sent Feb 2010 under 4131, Full Application Sent to LVO in July 2010 and recvd 2nd AOR on 31 August. Status changed on 20th March. InProcess since 13th March
My time is almost same but status is still same RBVO lol |

I think they rarely call the work place these days. I have not seen any member of the forum recently for whom CHC verified the employer. CHC is making decisions based on the documentation submitted by the applicant. If they are not satisfied, cases are being rejected by taking the plea of mismatch of JD. Secondly, the verification timing may not be linked with processing date. In my case, employer verification was done in April 2010, whereas processing started on August 2011. call is made after the case is in InProcess, not after the 2nd AOR. its usually done after the said ecase status
