1. New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 FORM .
2. New schedule 1 Background/Declaration
3. New additional family information form IMM5406
4. IMM5562E Supplementary Information Your Travels
5. Medicals.
6. Right of Permanent Residence Fee 980$ For Applicant and Spouse.
7. Original University degrees both (PA and Spouse).
8. Proof of relationship in Canada.
9. Updated police certificates. Pakistan and UK.
10. Proof Of Funds:

Date mentioned 6th feb and we got it through royal mail on 16th feb. |

It has been observed that MR is not received until the ecas turns into "In-Process" with date mentioned inside. Sometime due to system bug MR can be received even the status is RBVO.
ohhhhh an u plzz tell me how can i will be able to know that my MR has arrived or not i ask from my home town's post office but thay did'nt cconfirmed |

Dear,
some time ecas did not work cent per cent, and we see evidence in forum RBVo apllicants hear from thier visa officer about additional dox request or even medical request. But this happen very little, Infact this did not happen with me todate.....every thing going on accordingly and smoothly.
So u should wait for step by step progress.....and I u feel its stuck from along time, then go for a case inquiry.

@ SAKI AND ALL OTHER MEMBERS !
RECENTLY ALL YOU KNOW, CHC LDN MENTION SOME PROCESSING DATE IN E-CAS AND THEN ISSUE MR, WITH IN 3 WEEKS.
HERE I DO NOT UNDERSTAND, BECAUSE IN MY CASE THEY ALREADY MENTION PROCESSING DATE, SO CHC WILL PUT THE 2ND PROCESSING DATE, IN MY E-CASE OR SOME THING ELSE.
HERE THE QUESTION IN MY MIND, HOW CAN I COME TO KNOW THAT NOW THE CHC ARE GOING TO ISSUE ME MR.
MY E-CAS STATUE DETAILS : YOURS COMMENT ?
We received your application for permanent residence on April 16, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 6, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on May 13, 2009. The London England office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on October 8, 2009.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
They have already meantioned a processing date when they actually started processing your file so now you will just receive a direct response which is MR or if status changed to DM then rejection and i assume your current status is "In process" ? Cheers Saki |
