Initial Application sent Feb 2010 under 4131, Full Application Sent to LVO in July 2010 and recvd 2nd AOR on 31 August.  Status changed on 20th March.  InProcess since 13th March

Dear fellows,

I submitted updated documents, RPRF, medicals etc on 13th February to CHC London. Yesterday, I sent a case cepfic enquiry to CHC Londoin to confirm the reciept of documents and got the following reply.

Dear Applincant,
 
Please accept this email as confirmation that your medical results have been received. They are valid until 13-02-2013.
 
The other documents you mention have also been received. Your file is currently awaiting the initiation of background checks. We will be in contact in due course.

The reply indicates that certain background checks are still carried out even after Medicals.

 

Do you know when your medical reports were received by VO?
Has your ecas status been updated yet with 'Medical results have been received' line?

For me they given 90 days.

Some times they give 30 OR 60 days.

Did you receive the MR through TCS or by ordinary mail & what documents exactly they asked to submit with in 90 days.

The medical results were sent by DMP through TCS. The online tracking information confirms that documents were delivered on 28th Feb 2012.
However, my ecas has not been updated as yet. That is the reason I sent CSI to confirm the receipt of documents and medicals.

The medical results were sent by DMP through TCS. The online tracking information confirms that documents were delivered on 28th Feb 2012.
However, my ecas has not been updated as yet. That is the reason I sent CSI to confirm the receipt of documents and medicals.

Interesting... my medical results and another forum members results were also received by CHC on exactly the same date i.e. 28th Feb. 2012. For both of us the ecas changed to 'Medical results have been received' yesterday (19th March).

Don't mean to give you stress with that info, just hang in there, i'm sure that line is going to pop up in your case at any time now.

Don't worry, you're probably in another queue. It is my assumption that pre June 2010 cases are probably being handled by a different team. I'm sure the CHC divides cases between teams of VOs to divide burden, also Pre June 2010 there were different professions included etc so maybe another team is equipped to handle those cases.

So inshallah we will wait for you to announce your status update soon!

RECENTLY ALL YOU KNOW, CHC LDN MENTION SOME PROCESSING DATE IN E-CAS AND THEN ISSUE MR, WITH IN 3 WEEKS.
HERE I DO NOT UNDERSTAND, BECAUSE IN MY CASE THEY ALREADY MENTION PROCESSING DATE, SO CHC WILL PUT THE 2ND PROCESSING DATE, IN MY E-CASE OR SOME THING ELSE.
HERE THE QUESTION IN MY MIND, HOW CAN I COME TO KNOW THAT NOW THE CHC ARE GOING TO ISSUE ME MR.

3.   New additional family information form IMM5406

4.   IMM5562E Supplementary Information Your Travels

5.   Medicals.

6.   Right of Permanent Residence Fee 980$ For Applicant and Spouse.

7.   Original University degrees both (PA and Spouse).

8.   Proof of relationship in Canada.

9.   Updated police certificates. Pakistan and UK.
