I received similar email yesterday asking for fresh photographs of all family members (gave me 30 days window to send). Now I am wondering how many photos I need to send and with which back-ground (I think all should be with white back-ground). What is your thought on this?
Also I was told that my documents are sent back to me with certain forms and fee schedule.

Dear fellow

The history for spouse will be covered under section 8 of the form " Schedule A Background Declaration". The same form is to be filled in by the applicant as well as spouse.

You can make demand draft by contacting any of the reputed Exchange companies in your city. They will charge you around 2500 Rs as fee for preparing the draft. And make one draft for both of you amounting to CAD 980.

Please tel me do we need negitive of our picture for medicals. Coz i have called adoctor in Lahore and his PA told me that now Canadian immigration does not require negative for X-Ray.

Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
* Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
* Updated  Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form for the principal applicant

These forms are a little bit different from I had sent before

I need guidance IMM008 form

1- (7) have you receive your certificate de selection du quebec (SEQ)?  wHAT IS THIS?

2-iN PERSONAL DETAILS ...NUMBER 7
     ucl?    what is this?

3- I have visited few foriegn countries ...........Just for visit  ... all less than 5-21 days  only ?
Should I mention these or not.
they have not asked me to mention travel history.

In Generic application form they ask for only ....country of visit for more than six month

Should I voluntarily let them know the countries of visit or not?

4- There is also mentioned Assessts, liabilities and settlement funds in Can $
I have property on my name including and newly constructed Plaza,
 Should I need to mentionin ASSESTS, its value in can$

many congrats dear....for some people it is turning out to be an error....I guess medicals not included because there is currently rush and queue at PMB ottawa who sends out medicals. Its only a matter of time you would get your medicals. thanks

I was asked to submit updated forms etc alogwith MR in February 2012. I launched my application in March 2009, quite similar to your timeline. Currently, all 2009 applicants are getting MR. Therefore, I think you will get it soon.
