Dear all,
Can we assume that those categories which are no more at this time present in CA immigration skilled work categorey, may face same issue like rejection.
Because when i applied for immigration my job cate. was very much present and i obviously got OK from initail assesment. and now these categories does not exist in the NOC list.

Its really depressing to read the cases being rejected by the CHC. anyways, lets see what future put forth?
i have applied as an English language teacher rather than an IELTS trainer.... though my job letter states my engagements for ILETS/ TOELF but it also supplements my duties as a language teacher, for language courses etc to prepare them ?

Does your experience letter state the job duties as mentioned on HRSDC website for NOC 4131 ? Did you also send employment contract? Thanks |

Yes, the JD are in sync with the ones mentioned on the HRSDC website. No employment contract, it could be a nuisance |

Dear raza It may not necessarily be the reason for it. My NOC (0711) isn't included in the new list either. However, I got the MR last month. Another reason can be that a certain NOC may have been over used. They may have put some sort of a cap for NOCs for pre June 2010 applicants as well. Dear all,
