Its entirely upto you if you want her to go under medicals or not bcoz of xrays but wutever decision you make visa office will just hold the case until baby is born so i dont think its worth it going under medicals. And once baby is born wife and new born wilk have to do the medicals once you add baby in your application.

Isn't it $490 per person? I think to be on safe side you can email and ask them that you have been asked to pay landing fees but not medicals, so is everything all right? Just my opinion. Thanks

Yes it means your case will be put on hold until baby is born and has his / her medicals done. So whats the point doing wife's medicals now. Just wait for birth and then have medicals of both wife and baby. Thanks

Dear Cocknbull,
you are absoultely right with the fees, its 490$/person. that's why i wrote (i guess) 450$. and they have mentioned the same website which u mentioned for fees in letter.
i will ask them also why they are asking for fees first. also i will try to send all of it asap bcz they have mentioned in letter to give them 4 months to review incoming correspondance.
check this link. rprf is $490 per person. are you sure its landing fees?
