Dear Staralihaider / Seniors,
Yesterday i received email from London office requesting following documents within 60 days;
- New Schedule A/Background Declaration form
- Updated Police Certificates for me & dependent over 18
- Proof of settlement funds.
It also states to provide "explanation regarding any large deposits"
But much awaited Medical has not been received moreover no change on my Ecas.
Please advise where i stand now? Should i expect MR prior or after submitting updated docs?
My timeline is as under;
Initial application for permanent residence on July 7, 2009.
Received recommendation on September 1, 2009.
Full application submitted to Islamabad office on December 22, 2009
Application transferred to the London England office on June 30, 2010
My case changed to "In Process" on March 31, 2011 and applied under 0111.

It is a process for which you can apply to the concerned VO, in return VO will share the detail which includes all the steps taken on ones case for immigration till the date they have received the CAIPS request. It has certain fee and forms can also be downloaded from internet. |

Today i got medicals and additional documents request from CHC LONDON , now my question are.1. My wife is in london on student visa and i am in pakistan now it is possible that i done my medicals in pakistan and my wife done medicals in uk.
2. kindly give me the link for this. new forms IMM0008, NEW BACKGROUND DECLARATION FORMS.NEW FORMS IMM5406. can we fill these forms by hand OR by typing in computer.
3.My wife is in london for last 3 months uk police certificate is neccessary for her or not?.
They requested us for Pakistan, UK Police certificate.
I am waiting for your reply.

they ask of funds in which shape ,bank letter or months old statement? what have u send with full docs to chc london,bank letter or statement?
