As other persons have already qouted, dont worry for the delay as we all are in same boat and this is the normal behavior of CA VO. My timelines are almost as yours and my ecase status is IN Process from last two years. So wait and pray for good.

I had my medical check up with Dr. Nelofar in Islamabad. The medical went well. The doctor and her staff are quite professional and co-operative. So every thing went smooth. The process involved physical examination by doctor, checking of eye sight, chest X-ray and collection of blood/urine samples.
They charged me Rs 3300 and I also had to pay them courier charges for sending medical report to CHC London.
Considering my experience, I would recommend others in the Islamabad region to consult the same doctor for medical.

I am waiting and waiting for my Medicals since long, I had send updated documents in Aug 11 on getting In Process in July 11.
I had recently contacted London VO and they said that Background Checks are under process for me and they cannot tell when they would be completed.
Any Ideas when Can I expect medicals ??

I am male and during physical examination, would she ask me to take off underwear for detailed examination? is such activity required by the Dr. I am married and father of 2 kids, though i am experienced but in this case feel strange revealing my beauty to a young female Dr.  ? |

They will send the results directly to CHC London in a couple of days. I just paid them the courier expenses. It was agreed that they will will give me tracking number of courier package as soon as they dispatch the results.

Dear Veva Physical examination did not involve any removal of dress  . So dont worry about that. It only included checking of BP, checking of eye sight, ears etc. And just to clarify the confusion, she is not a young doctor. The reason i recommended her is that her staff is very professional, co-operative and the whole medical process was completed in just an hour. Rest is your choice to select any DMP. Address is as follows:- Canadian High Commission Immigration Section 38 Grosvenor Street London W1K 4AA, United Kingdom Documents can be sent through courier (Fedex....etc) And if there is any update in your status with regard to marrital status change or addition of family member in terms of new born or you want to change the mailing address then definatley you have to inform VO at all cost. |
