i don't think it was delayed by TCS.. you can ask TCS when they actually receieved from london office to deliver...it is that london office who would have given them lately....just personal opinion..thanks |

dear, forget this 15 days loss and reply as soon posible. u must b happy finaly they resume processing of ur file. CONGRATULATIONS from my side. i suggest u immidiatly courier ur originals and ask ur brother to send u scan copies of all required dox and u email them to VO. and ur brother directly courier to vo. best of luck fr fast processing cheers |

The following are the documents that the VO had been asked me to prove my relationships hope this will help you Proof of relationship to your relative living in Canada and evidence that your relative is living in Canada: * Provide official, objective, legible documentation to prove that you are related to your relative. Documents should include birth certificates and marriage certificates. The certificates must state the parents' full names. You must provide certificates for each person that links you to your relative. All documentation must predate your application. Affidavits prepared for the purpose of your application will not be considered conclusive evidence of your relationship. * Provide proof that your relative is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada. This must include a copy of their Canadian passport, citizenship, Record of Landing (IMM1000) or permanent resident card. * Provide proof that your relative is living in Canada now. This should include: payslips issued to your relative by their employer in Canada, Canadian income tax documents - Notice of Assessment for tax years 2008 and 2009, credit card and bank account statements for the last six months in your relative's name showing transactions that occurred in Canada. We will not accept utility bills, telephone bills and property ownership documents as conclusive evidence that your relative is living in Canada. |

First we all are waiting for status changed in to IN Process and after this waiting for medicals.  I Have just attend the interview in Abu Dhabi 2 Feb 2012. VO Said to us he will check me and my wife pcc & Acadmic Doc after Clearence of all doc he will send us medical. also he said our points are ok. my wife is doctor and she is main applicant. i live in qatar i have RP Status here. can any one tell me about this matter? about verification of ppc & doc? and it will take how long time. regards, Asghar |
