@ azmat it means those whose status is RBVO are still under the background check? do u mean that? |

no body knows about their processing.....so no one can predict. you should be happy atleast they are working on your file and respond you properly.

Hi All, While packing up to Oz, I just check out my status, and I was astonished they did withdrew my application on 15-12-11, at last! What a consolation after repeated requests to all CHC London, Immigration minister and even PM. Can any one has idea how much time they will take to send my original docs and refund my application fees(though they are not so generous), would they? My last E-cas status was IP with RBVO. |

my address is missing since 13 Dec from E-CAS. 27 December, i email to the VO to inform me about the current status of my application. 29th of December the VO replied me as Dear Applicant, In response to your email, please note that your file is currently undergoing routine background checks. We are currently unable to advise when the checks will be completed. Please also note that the scanned copies of your Pakistani passport and overseas ID card have been attached to your file. Please note that no further action is required from you at this stage. We will contact you as soon as the results of the background checks have been received. Yours faithfully, Program Assistant Immigration Section/Service d'immigration High Commission of Canada/Haut-commisariat du Canada MacDonald House 38 Grosvenor Street London W1K 4AA/Londres W1K 4AA United Kingdom/Royaume-Uni Government of Canada/Gouvernement du Canada www.unitedkingdom.gc.ca / www.royaume-uni.gc.caMy Question is when these checks will be turn off as i have received the same email in August 2011 when i subimtted my updated documents... I also submitted my updated docs as requested by the VO in July 2011 but on 14 November 2011, the VO return back my all original docs, i do not know what had happen in your case ? my address is missing from E-cas since 13 dec, what about your E-cas status. Regards, |
