Thanks for your reply and I Got the procedure for Medical without forms.

But what about the Letter requesting further documents  
How i come to know that what further documents they need Becoz they said in there email "Medical and letter requesting further documents has been issued and sent to your address"

You should not move on without Visa Office requirements. Contact them, email them and see what they say, follow instruction. Getting Medicals done without the knowledge of what they require, seems useless exercise....I am not sure if the DMP's can go ahead and do medicals on their own.

When I received the Medicals they were on Forms issued by Visa Office with specific Numbers on them, Photos had VO Stamp on them. These number are to be printed on X-Rays etc as well. The medical are sent to a different department then Visa Office, without communication of the Visa office, how will DMP and others manage? I am not sure that it can be done. Though no harm in checking. BUT without the knowledge of what they have asked, you are no where.

If you can raise the POF then its no problem in sending the statement but in any case in 90% of the cases they ask for it again with the medicals or before the visa issuance.

Thanks Canada1234, what about the email ID I would need to use for informing VO about this change, also we were 3 before for which i had mentioned POF required as 17011$CAD but now as we are 4 but I have not been able to immidiately raise the balance as POF upto 20654$CAD? what should i do? would i need to immidiately inject the amount to show balance 20654$CAD and send the bank letter to VO alongwith child's docs you mentioned. Please advise.

What stage VO would ask me for the additional documents as I am a little bit lost and dont know much about this part of processing.Can you Please explain the process left in bullet points? How much time approximately you foresee for VO requesting me for the additional docs?
Are we not supposed to send such changes rather waiting for instructions from them? what the normal practice is?

If your application is at "In-Process" stage with the processing start date mentioned inside then you might receive additional document request within 1-3 months. If "In-Process" with RBVO details then I'm afraid actual processing hasn't started yet. Normally VO asks for PCC, POF, updated Ref exp. letter etc with add. docs.

3- Passport Request
4- PR
According to the current situation it's hard to predict about CIC London's activity. Well to get updated you should connect to the forum and check e-cas at least 2 days in a week. [Tuesday, Friday]. Normally cic update the status on these 2 days.

I am thankful to you for your kind reply.

After your kind reply i just want to know that is it good to send them medical result and updated Forms as they are normally asked for ?
If i do so what will be the impact of that on my case?
Is there any case where the applicant send them Medical and updated forms on his own to London Visa Office ?

Further documents are Normally
Update IMM0008 forms,additional family information form, Updated PCCs,Travel history form and RPRF request
Get your medicals done and meanwhile send them updated forms + a letter by courier from your address with a paid / address printed envelop for a reply.
Start your letter with "Dear Visa Officer"
Also include a printout of the email sent by them for reference.
It is experienced by other forum members that replies of courier mails are faster as compared emails.
DO NOT PAY RPRF UNTIL YOU HAVE A SOLID REQUEST IN YOUR HANDS OTHERWISE YOUR MONEY WILL BE STUCK FOR 6 MONTHS.
