My status is not gtting changed from RBVO since April 2010.. I am now losing hope and interest in this immigration process as whatever I planned, is now getting messed up... Anybody has some idea as to when my application can get the status of being in process???
One more thing I want to know.. i am the main applicant and at the tme of applying, I was working. But now due to my husband's transfer to another city, I have left the job but could not get my leaving and employment certificate.. How important is it to submit this document to cic?? I have already informed my consultant about my transfer and she asked for the certificate but later she said it is not much of the importance.. Please guide

Hi All,
I am new to this forum, i have applied in 2009 and sent my complete and original documents in Feb 2010. In June 2010 i got the update as my application has been transfered to UK. And @ CA official web site to-date it says that my application is "IN PROCESS".
No further update yet. Any one of you out there has same sort of status kindly share your feed back.

Additional Documents /updated documents are usually requested by a VO at a stage when a case is IN PROCRSS .
IN my case (a pre june 2010 applicant) I sent my full documents to london vo on NOV15.2010 but after that submission I made a fresh attempt of IELTS and submitted IELTS fresh score to VO on 1st April,2011,will my fresh score be accepted ? my 2nd aor was dated 14th April 2011,
I am asking this question on the basis because VO never asked me to submit this IELTS FRESH score to submit and it was my own choice ,so how will they consider it after the submission of Full documents submission and that too before 2nd AOR,is there and applicant who had submitted his improved score of ielts and vo had considered his submission ,seniors are specially requested o through some light on this issue,

Dear seniors,
Please have a look at my timeline given below
Application received 15/1/11
PER 15/3/11
RBVO 05/4/11
In Process 28/4/11
Request for docs from VO 04/05/11 i.e. POF, updated sch. 1 form and PCC for my stay abroad
Additional documents sent (1&2) 12/6/11 (POF, updated sch. 1 form)
Additional documents sent (3) 11/07/11 (PCC for stay abroad)
My question is.... what are the probabilities that, from here onwards, VO asks for an updated PCC of my stay abroad.
I am asking this because, last time, it took me 10 weeks to get PCC through concerned embassy and if, with the med request or at some later stages, VO again asks for it then it would hold my case processing for another 2-3 months.
Please share your expert opinion.
