my timelines are :
Applied : March 2009
docs sent: May 2009
Provisional Acceptance : December 2009 (then complete silence for 1.5 yrs)
Medical request: 28/07/2011
It goes like this: it was complete end of the road for me when back in march 2011 i sent an email to chc-lnd asking about my case status and in return they said that we 2009 applicants are not on priority anymore, however i personally think that they are workinG hard on back log cases now for some reason.
I am convinced now that address disappearance has got to do something with your application status.- first my ecas disappeared on 25-07-11 and suddenly out of nowhere i received an email from them asking for updated forms and pcc, reference letter etc on 30-06-2011.
- i sent them required docs on 11-07-11 which were received by them on 14-07-11, meanwhile my address reappeared.
- Again my address disappeared around 28-07-2011 and yesterday i received medical request through tcs and same was dated 28-07-2011.
Now my glitch is that with medicals they have also asked for updated pcc from UK for me and my wife(as i used to live there uptill 2003) to which i have raised my concern through email that i never visited UK after 2003 and i have already provided pcc from uk back in aug 2009. My point was tht logically i shouldn't be asked for same again as i never visited uk after 2003. I have also provided scanned copies of pccs i provided them earlier, lets see what happens?
i request you all to please pray for me and my famiyl, i will share more updates in due course of time.
