Dear all.

Which documents required for this.


1. Evidence of Relative currently Living in Canada.

(1) his original birth certificate with english translation

(2) photocopy of his permanent resident card

(3) photocopy of proof of landing

(4) photocopy of current bank statement

(5) photocopy of recent utility bill

(6) photocopy of tax statement

(7) photocopy of tenancey agreement

(  photocopy of letter from employer

I think CAIPS and GCMS are weblink databases.
Whenever the BFD arrives in-process appears automatically.
and
When they remove data from CAIPS address disappears and when they add in GCMS all the details re-appear with the processing date.
JUST MY SPECULATIONS.

Because london wants to keep them happy so their status is changed to "Inprocess" and those who applied in early 2010 March/April/May/June they have already waited for soo long that they are used to it so their status is same hehe just joking

Its actually an Error showing "Inprocess" and this is manly because of new system they introduce after 26th June so those who sent application after that got "Inprocess" (in error) and those who sent before that have still RBVO.

Dont worry you willl get your visa on the basis of first come first serve

i ve similar sort of a status as well. My hypothesis is that this way they are marking applications ready for processing...lets see what happens in coming 3-4 months........

WHO ARE THE ACCEPTABLE RELATIVES:
You and your accompanying spouse/common law partner relative who lives in canada and is a canadian citizen or PR.
1-   Parent/Grand Parent.
2-   Child/ Grand Child.
3-   Brother/ Sister
4-   Aunt/Uncle or
5-   Niece/Nephew

CIC requires the Proofs.

Basic Evidence of Relationship:
Proof of relationship of your close relative in canada can be evident by docs, such as Birth, Marriage, adoption certificates. Birth certificates of Both you & your brother will prove that you have atleast one common parent.

What document needed as Proof.
If S/he is a PR: provide a copy of Landing (IMM 1000) or CORP or PR card.
If S/he is a citizen: provide citizenship proof e.g. copy of canadian passport or citizenship card.
How to Prove Relative "Currently Inside Canada":
Prove evidence to show that your relative is currently residing inside canada. This may include copies of:-
1-   Lease agreements
2-   a current notice of assessment from Revenue Canada
3-   An employers letter confirming employment.
4-   Monthly utility bills etc.

Ofcourse you are a pre-june 2010 applicant. I guess your e-cas status is a system error. By the way what is your NOC?

Per Alihaider this is what the VO Boffalo, India, london and others working, I dont exactly kep any info on it as never got chance to raed posts previosly on this subject and I remember it remaind very hot subject for  a while in past. Any comment?

First of all E-cas is not always reliable. Sometimes people receive Visa and the e-cas showing "In-Process". It can be erratic so don't consider it final. When you click "In-Process" status it should show that line "we started processing on your case on so and so date". What I have observed on this forum that In-process with RBVO details is a system error.

you saying that previously your IN PROCESS status online was displaying RBVO details in description body before getting new line added on 9th May? Actually this is what with me these days, though I havent found any new line saying processing started from XYZ date yet but my online status turned to IN PROCESS last week and thats what I am confused about. Plz share ur experience.

That's what I was saying.  Previously status was actually showing RBVO details irrespective of mentioning "In-process",  the actual processing starts now when the processing date reflects inside.  
You should ready for the verification call within a week or so and soon get a medical request.
