as these are the most famous questions after getting 2AOR for April-2010 candidates
1- How much time CHC london will take to verify the documents after sending the 2AOR.
2- How the applicant will be known that d=his verification process of documents has been completed.
3- How the applicant to be known about Positive Eligibility report(PER) or Negative Eligibility Report(NER).
4- After completion of verification of documents, how much time HC london will take to issue MR

CHC not necessarily verified all the docs. If they feel the need they trace a document back to its source. It is written in the OP6 manual that Visa Officer conducts standard quality checks to verify the authenticity of the documents.
2- How the applicant will be known that d=his verification process of documents has been completed.
There is no way an applicant can know that his verification is in process or not however E Cas turning to IN_PROCESS is an indication that something has started moving.
3- How the applicant to be known about Positive Eligibility report(PER) or Negative Eligibility Report(NER).
Medical instructions and RPRF means PER
4- After completion of verification of documents, how much time HC london will take to issue MR
No one knows here about this but you can get an idea from the List.
