Why do ppl post TOTAL IRRELEVANT stuff in this thread.......... this is for ppl waitin for Medical Requests...not for CHATTING i suppose. Ppl should post information regarding THE MEDICAL REQUESTS ONLY..... wenever i visit it.. i need to check the whole msgs to spot ONE SINGLE RELEVANT reply..... Close it or STICK TO THE CAUSE OF IT
take it easy dear. to reduce the tensions of the people and to make this waiting time easy we sometimes need to relax and chit chat as well. its not a big deal. thanks |

Ask them how long it would take to get the refund. Normally they pay back the fee between 8-12 weeks. May I ask you why you are withdrawing your application. I totally agree with the above. For the guys/gals who differ, I would request them to open up a discussion board for idle chatting/chilling out elsewhere. Meanwhile, could someone please share their experience re receipt of the medicals. It is my understanding that one normally receives a confirmatory call from the courier service, and THEN they deliver it. If this is correct, could someone please elaborate through their experience (rather than guesses/wishes): (a) if the phone call received was on the home phone number provided by the applicant, or on the mobile phone number provided by the applicant, and (b) if the applicant was unable to attend this phone call, did the courier service try calling them again later, or attempted the delivery without getting through on the phone, or just returned the package to CIC as non deliverable.
