Pakistan Applicants Waiting For *Medical Request*...

Dear Sir or Madam:

(i) Do you have an idea when I will receive medical request?, and (ii) Do you think it would be better to order CASIP notes at this stage?

My case details are as:

We all are in same queue of receiving MR. Wait till the end of this year or starting of next year for MR. At this stage caips would not be much helpful for you...

1- did'nt they mention the countries against PCC requirements? if they have'nt than you should send them an email marked urgent in subject line and ask for whether you should only send PCCs from pakistan..also ask them to update your new postal and residence address int he same email.

2- Once you submit their requirements..they will start security background checks..which revolves around criminality checks etc.

since you applied under existing rules so your app will be processed on priority and until n unless there are delays at security agency's end you should get passport request anywhere in between 3-5 odd months.....dont take it to the bank though...

1- you can check with their VOs whether they can help you out with this.
2- You can check their official websites and email them...maybe they will be able to take your request through emails.
3- you can ask one of your contacts in these countries to help you out by going to police and check with them about the procedure in your situation.

hope one of the above will give you the exact procedure to request for and get PCC by remaining in Pak.

i applied for FSW-NOC-2151 on 30 dec 2010 from Jeddad KSA.documents were recieved by CIO on 4th Jan 2011.today i recieved "request for medical Certificate (MC) and police certificate (PC).currently i am residing in Pakistan for the last six months.
Do i have to aquire Police certificate from KSA where i resided for two years or have to submit PC for Pakistan only (my current residency).
The letter recieved states to "inform them if the current status of residence has changed".
How long does MC/PC process takes.

I had same kind of case though not for KSA. So I would say you will have to send PCC for KSA and you can apply for it through their embassy in Pakistan.
Getting a PCC through embassy sometimes take more time than what VO allows for submitting these documents. So you should do two things;
1) Call KSA embassy in Islamabad and try to reach and talk to a person who deals in issuance of PCCs (they must have somebody responsible for receiving such applications as many Pakistanis who have lived in KSA apply for CAD Immi). Get the PCC application requirements/details and apply at the earliest. While talking to the concerned person also try to get some idea that how long it can take to issue this sort of PCC.
Simultaneously....
2) Complete your medicals and Pakistani PCC immediately and send them with a cover letter stating that what you are sending and what else is pending and why like "for my stay in KSA I have applied for PCC through KSA embassy in Pakistan and it may take such n such time. I therefore would request your office to grant me time extension for submitting PCC for my stay in KSA. .... I will be sending it to you as soon as I receive it. ".........something like that

Yes, I am working for ZADCO (ADNOC, group of Company). Probably because I sent them new passports copies and updates on relocation of my son to Canada for study. That could be one  of the reason for refilling the forms again. However there is a new Supplementary information from, which they have asked to fill 1st time.
