Hi Fellows,
    I applied in may 2008. I am waiting for medical.   I received an email from London to provide fresh police certificates and updated declaration forms which I sent 2 months back.
    Can anyone guide me how long can it take to get the medical which is probably the next step.
And also when will they send me my original docs.

Documents are sent back along with medicals. Because when CHC issues medical forms your file has already been cleared for back ground check. fresh police certificates and fresh forms are requirements to keep old cases up to date! Therefore when you'll get your medicals you'll get back all your original docs.

It is not necessary as my original documents have been sent back to me on my number of requests without medical or any negative report

I need your expert opinion.

I am in process to collect documents for FSW. I am applying by myself. let me share with you my profile.

I have done Bsc & Msc in Biology then worked for a biological research organization as biologist for two years. Afterthat i got married and resign from job and started teaching a biology teacher to O & A level school till last month and resign recently. I am qualifying above 67 marks.

one of my relative is working with a immigration consultant and said me you are not eligible to apply because you are not working in your skill list since 4 year and not doing any job right now.

You're eligible if you have at least 1 year of Full Time experience is one of the designated NOCs within a time frame of 10 years..

Provide a break-up of your points for a better evaluation.

Dear all,

I inquired about my ecase status through their case specific inquiry form on their site.. t has been mre than a month now but I have not recieved any respones from them. My consultant syas they hardly reply to general queries.. Is it true?? What should I do next?? My status is RBVO since a year now and I am waiting desparately that they should start processing my file... Any suggestions??
