CIC London claims 16 months processing time. But the timeline again looks skeptical.

You mean 16 months from the start of the 2nd AOR, or from the very start ?

Hi!

You will sign and check carefully. You only need to sign at the bottom section D. You do not need to sign where it says I certify I do not have any children section b note 2

Thanks

But in 2nd AOR it states 8 to 12 months from the date of 2nd AOR and doesn't mention from the date they received application.

Thanks

Dont worry on the basis of this info,
Nothing is clear in this story, the cases has been rejected because of documents were not satisfactory, and the people blame cic.
Applications are always treated as per the laws on the receiving date. Only timeline can be extended.

Goodluck and wait patiently (but even myself, I loose patience sometimes)
