Folks, I had sent complete Application Package to London VO in 4th week of July 2010 (within 120 days limit), Am I post 26 June 2010 applicatant? Are post June 26th, 2010 applicatnt being entertained these days, how long approximately they must get ready for any signal from CIC-London? I am expecting another baby to come and therefore want to know where do I stand in this situation. |

you are pre June applicant, those who are on 1st stage of CIO after 26 June 2010 ( new 29 occupation list) they are post June 2010 applicants. |

You are pre-June applicant. New rules announced on 26, June 2010. Those who applied to CIO and there application received even one day before 26 June 2010 would consider pre-June. First wait for the baby to deliver and then inform CIC London. Email to CIC london immediately after the birth of baby, mention his/her date of birth. CIC will reply you within 2 weeks time. In the meantime prepare following docs. 1- Apply for birth certificate at concerned Union council [Nadra]. 2- After receiving BC go for CRC [Child reg. certificate]. 3- After CRC apply for passport [Better to go for urgent passport in 7 days]. 4- 4 CIC specified pics 5- Demand Draft of 150$ fee. 6- Amended forms [In which requirement of child]. 7- Cover letter with full docs 8- Copy of passport 9- Notarized Copy of Birth certificate 10-Notarized Copy of CRC Email to CIC London through case specific enquiry.
