hmm its a slight increase i dont think it will effect applicants badly and they have increased it because of the living expenses going up in almost all countries.

thanks once again

But it is for the new applicants, or it is applicable for all pending applications, like ours?

Salam Hina,

It will be for new applicants not for us who have already provided the POF statement.

But what if CIC again demands the POF at the time of MR. Shall we provide the latest or previous.I think Our POF amount has been locked at the time when we applied first. These kind of changes will not affect us.

We will still be showing on the basis of old one because that was there requirement at the time when we submitted the application this is my understanding. Also its just an increase of less $50 i dont think visa officer will make a issue of this.
