Yes it remains inprocess even after medicals, untill the the visa is issued then turns to decision made, but DM before visa and medical is mostly rejection or a sometimes a system error. |

Earlier, such sponsors were granted immigration but now they would issue a Super Visa if some one`s sponsorship meets the criteria. Super Visa also includes; the proposed person will finance his/her own medical and insurance plans;unlike the immigrants and citizens.

Sorry to hear that. I pray that it would be a system error. Normally "Decision Made" before MR is rejection but it might be a system bug. |
