have you thought of ordering your CAIPS notes...i have learned that it gives a bit of insight to your application and you may get to know if there is any specific enquiry that needs to be settled...i am not so sure...but i am ordering mine now...just to see if any important notes that as been taken on my case that i shud be aware of beforehand...

I have just observed that, nowadays, the speed of coming MR, is very slow as in jan/feb/march....
and now refusal / waiting letters are coming mostly....

If your ecase is states that they have started processing again in somewhere jan/feb 2012, and still you have not received anything....Than my suggestion is, to write an email to LVO, for case specific inquiry.

There could be two reasons....

1: They have sent the MR etc but our due to our local post system, it get lost somewhere
2: LVO has not yet issued the MR etc.

on inquiring with LVO , you will come to know, what is happening or happened.

Furthermore,  senior member like Staralihaider, and Khalid H and others can guide you imore.

We have inform that medicals we have to provide within 60 days and rest document within 90 days. I have received MR already 1 month also i didn't informed CHC regarding birth of my son, should we proceed medicals or what?

Proceed with your medicals and add your son when younsend updated forms and they wikl then send you the baby medicals. If you had inform them about this before you wud have got the baby medical request now as well.

Your posts are very confusing becoz some time you said i didnt get any thing from TCS , some time you said i already got medicals 1 month before, some time you said i got medicals yesterday, some time you said i didnt inform CHC for my child.Some time you said till today i haven't received any letter or email from LVO.

Kindly clarify these wordings.

Well i don't know when that magical line was appeared. I was checked my status on 12 March as i m not used to check on regular basis, till i haven't received any email or letter from LVO. However today i visited to TCS office to check but they haven't received any till today.

yes after processing the usual next step is the MR....however waiting time varies case to case
