My analysis based on NOC 4131.


Below are some cases of NOC 4131 (extracted from this forum). successful cases, that is got the medical even in March 2012.
There are some examples of refusals also. Again in 2012.
And some are still awaiting for decisions yet.

This shows one thing clearly, that, refusals are not based on Category, but rather depends on case to case.

Once I get reply from Visa office London about my case, I will be in better position to share my case. Let's see the grounds/reasons of Decision Made.

If mobile doesnt respond, like in my case - network issues with warid that day, they sent me an email using ID that I had mentioned on CIC forms. Keep an eye on email too. hopr it clears

When medicls come by normal pak post, it comes from UK or Islamabad and what type of envelope is that ? Is anything printed or written like chc UK or chc islamabad ?
It will help us to track it in the post office or with postman.
Those who have got via normal mail please describe

They don't wait for 90 days to finish. They start processing it once update docs received.

Yes, canada1234 is right, I have seen on this forum someone got MR after 10 days of submitting ad docs
