I did submit the RPRF, updated forms, MR etc a lot earlier then the mentioned deadline. In response to my query, i was informed by CHC that further instructions will be issued in due course of time. This confirms the logic that CHC open the file of a candidate at a pre-defined time only.

What if i send the docs today as I had recieved the letter and docs from Visa Tronics TCs on 26th march, should i hope any thing in return from CHC within 2-3 weeks?

I think they would not open the case till the completion of the deadline of submission of requests.  Like, if its 90 days, and u send the  requested docs within a week; they would not open it before the 90 days

After sending additional documents OR medicals, they are taking four months to review incoming correspondence.

This is mentioned on the letter.
Plz allow four months to us for review incoming correspondence.

I know 2 applicants on this forum they send additional documents in the last week of feb 2012 and on 15 march 2012 there bank draft (Right of Permanent Residence Fee) has been cashed and on 22nd march Medicals result has been received line added in the ecase.


Now a days CHC LONDON working fastly.

Today i got a reply mail from London,
Dear Sir,
 
This is regarding your application for permanent residence in Canada.
 
Please be advsied that we have received the package you sent on the 07 March 2012.  However, the schedule A that you have provided are not complete.  Please provide the document below in 30 days.
- Schedule A for principal applicant and spouse (personal history and education history to be stated in Months and Years from the age of 18).
 
We look forward to hear from you within 30 days.

Relax and cheer up man, you got the Best news you were waiting for  . Follow the instructions as told to you by CHC Isloo (if you like, you can also share it with forum members for our knowledge on a different way of sending PPR 2 because I guess usually the PPR 2 is in a written form)

Yes CHC returned original nikah nama, BC's and original transcripts.

They didn't return mine [Nikah Nama]. Should I email them or wait. What is the procedure of getting duplicate one.

Good. Go and submit Passports of all the family members. Within one month "decision made" will appear on your ecas [means Visas] & you'll get your PP's back.

Hi All

I had sent my updated doc that reach LHC on 23 rd march.
today 28th march they had sent me following email

Thank you for sending us the documents. But we require the following information which was not mentioned in your Schedule A form. Can you please use the attached sheet to complete and return the following details.
 
* Please provide personal history details from the age of 18 to present for you and your spouse.( you can send this document by email)
 

Actually in schedule A form they have mentioned
“Provide details of your personal history since the age of 18  Or The past 10 years whichever comes first. Start with most recent information”

I had mentioned personal history of last 10 years BUT they are asking since age of 18.

Anyhow I am sending back required information today by email.

Good. Go and submit Passports of all the family members. Within one month "decision made" will appear on your ecas [means Visas] & you'll get your PP's back.

No problem it may be a system bug or they have made a decision. Normally at this stage ecas is "In -Process".
