Dear Canada,

As mentioned in your above statement that files sent between 27 February 2008 & 25 June 2010, and i was asking about my case as my file transfer date to UK LVO is 30th June 2010. So is it the date of case transfer or file recived by LVO or date for file submitted for immigration??
Applied between 27 February 2008 & 25 June 2010 to CIO Sydney novascotia.

can any one tell me before recieving MR e-cas always change into in process if sumone's e-cas is RBVO that means that person will not recieve MR untill his or her e-cas change into in process?

plzzz must reply and guide me

It has been observed that MR is not received until the ecas turns into "In-Process" with date mentioned inside. Sometime due to system bug MR can be received even the status is RBVO.

Canada1234
I just discovered Form IMM5562 for adding Travel information.
Since VO have already travel details of myself, wife and kids since 18th Birthday till Jan 2012 where as While filling in travel details after Jan 2012 todate, do i need to add all the details again since 18th birthday that I had already sent them in July 2010 or shall I add travel details since Jan 2012 only.
In Jan 2012 I had sent generic form for reporting new addition of my son to VO and in July 2010 sent docs carrying all the travel details of myself ,wife and kids since 18th Birrthday. after jan 2012, only myself traveling overseas and none of my family memeber accompained me during these official visits? I am lost what should I do - they keep on adding new forms for us, and they have nothing else to do  Cry
When they ask for updated docs send them again the travel history form mentioning all the visits since 18h birthday.

Dear Folks!
Those who've received MR through TCS or ordinary mail. Normally how many days it takes to reach MR/updated docs from London. I guess CIC London uses Royal Mail [Global Economy] service for this purpose. What if it lost in ordinary mail. After how many days we should email to CIC to inquire about it?

Thanks

I spoke to Star Ali on this subject who advised to rotate an email after 4 weeks from the date your processing actually started (In-Process with date) appeared in e-cas, the trend these days shows people recieveing MR within a month after getting ''In-process with date''. I am not sure if we are going to ahve the same but let us hope fro the best..

Anytime your Ecas status can turn into In process with processing date inside. Keep an eye on it. After in process within 20-40 days you will receive MR.

3 weeks has passed since my status is being in process. I think we should wait at least 4 weeks before rotating an email. CIC is sending letter through normal post [royal mail] which takes 28-44 days.
