Dear All

I have sent updated documents on 17 march

They had never asked me about travel histroy ...I have sent voluntarily...
I had 17 visits in different countries.... all were just for recreation  ( tourism)
I have visted UK, Thailand , France, Thailand, singapore, UAE, Malaysia, Saudia Arabia, Uzbekstan ( Tashkent), etc
(for 3-15 days max)
I had mentioned that

I just want to ask ....my travel history could delay my MR or further processing
OR it is good and it will not have any effect on further processing?

I herd it could caus delay in processing you should only provide information that you are asked for. But may be I am wrong good luck buddy

It won't effect or delay MR. You've not stayed 6 or more months in any country so they will not go into it. That's good if you've mentioned voluntarily all your visits. Relax

Dear Friends,

I have obsereved longer processing time of Applications not only as compare to other VO but also whether you are living in pakistan or aboard. This routine is continued even in MI3 applicants which are suppose to give piriority.

I have applied FSW in October 2012.
I have received PER on 10thJan2012.
My ecas address in missing since 27thJan2012.
Only one line show in my Ecas that we have received your application on this date.

There is no AOR from LVO.
I have not sent original degrees, birth certificates, marriage certificate and no wedding photos.
I have sent original employer letter & Ielts only as per new checklist for MI3 applicants.

I am also concerned when LVO will ask me to submit original documents?
or should i send them without waiting their asking?

I am not expecting MR before  1st July2012.

Regards

You don't need to send any documents to LVO unless you are asked for.

Yes you fall in the above category. The delay could be of multiple reasons like travel history, experience & education verifications etc..  But very soon you'll get update from CIC.

As far as processing at visa office is concerned, it is very hard to predict the time lines. It varies from Visa officer to visa officer and case to case.

For some applicants its good and for some creepy.

And yeah you are right you might hear about your MR probably in July, as some applicants have received a reply from LVO stating that now they will work on MI-1 or MI-2 till June-12. But some1 senior on other thread said they will work MI-3 along. Let's see how it goes. Things will be clear by the end of April, I hope. Let's see. It's hard to predict exactly.

Yes lucky bro I truly hope they keep working on Mi3 applicants along with Mi1 n Mi2

You should have mentioned. There is a form name travel history form in which you should mention all your visits to other countries after the age of 18. If you've not yet received MR, CIC will again ask about travel history with doc update.

I recently had 5yrs multi entry B1/B2 visa stamped for USA, and visited for short trips to Abu Dhabi and Oman arranged by employer. Should I volentarily send these details to VO as my clearance for US visa was recieved in October 2011 and is written on the visa sticker - does it leave a good impression and help VO understand that I am not a criminal anymore and they ignore the security checks due at their end? I am also interested in sending the Letter of invitations for teh visa's endorsed to VO to make them see that all of my visits were arranged and borne by my employer - does that help me or would it be a useless exercise?

I just discovered Form IMM5562 for adding Travel information.
Since VO have already travel details of myself, wife and kids since 18th Birthday till Jan 2012 where as While filling in travel details after Jan 2012 todate, do i need to add all the details again since 18th birthday that I had already sent them in July 2010 or shall I add travel details since Jan 2012 only.
In Jan 2012 I had sent generic form for reporting new addition of my son to VO and in July 2010 sent docs carrying all the travel details of myself ,wife and kids since 18th Birrthday. after jan 2012, only myself traveling overseas and none of my family memeber accompained me during these official visits? I am lost what should I do - they keep on adding new forms for us, and they have nothing else to do  Cry

M1 means 1st Ministrial Instructions FSW (38 categories), files sent between 27 February 2008 & 25 June 2010.
Dear Canada,

As mentioned in your above statement that files sent between 27 February 2008 & 25 June 2010, and i was asking about my case as my file transfer date to UK LVO is 30th June 2010. So is it the date of case transfer or file recived by LVO or date for file submitted for immigration??

Dear,
some time ecas did not work cent per cent, and we see evidence in forum RBVo apllicants hear from thier visa officer about additional dox request or even medical request. But this happen very little, Infact this did not happen with me todate.....every thing going on accordingly and smoothly.
So u should wait for step by step progress.....and I u feel its stuck from along time, then go for a case inquiry.

They have their own way of security checks. You can send fresh travel history form of your visits. When they'll ask for passport copies, send detailed copies including all visas on your passport.
