Thanks for your input, can you please elaborate your ECASE inside details. Also please tell me that is there any information mentioning as when your file has been transfered to London VO?
My ECASE status shows that they hv recvd my docs n not yet begin to process it n i hv submitted full docs directly to london office |

Dear Friends,
I have obsereved longer processing time of Applications not only as compare to other VO but also whether you are living in pakistan or aboard. This routine is continued even in MI3 applicants which are suppose to give piriority.
I have applied FSW in October 2012.
I have received PER on 10thJan2012.
My ecas address in missing since 27thJan2012.
Only one line show in my Ecas that we have received your application on this date.
There is no AOR from LVO.
I have not sent original degrees, birth certificates, marriage certificate and no wedding photos.
I have sent original employer letter & Ielts only as per new checklist for MI3 applicants.
I am also concerned when LVO will ask me to submit original documents?
or should i send them without waiting their asking?
I am not expecting MR before 1st July2012.

Being an MI3 applicant , they will never ask u for ur original docs, your status will change from inprocess to decision made during,MR and other checks, no intermediate change are expected, u will recieve MR after 3 to 4 months of your PER

Yes you fall in the above category. The delay could be of multiple reasons like travel history, experience & education verifications etc.. But very soon you'll get update from CIC. |

For MI-3 there will not ask original degrees. Only IELTS, and experience certificates are required to be original. Nothing else. Else notarized copies. |

As far as processing at visa office is concerned, it is very hard to predict the time lines. It varies from Visa officer to visa officer and case to case. For some applicants its good and for some creepy. And yeah you are right you might hear about your MR probably in July, as some applicants have received a reply from LVO stating that now they will work on MI-1 or MI-2 till June-12. But some1 senior on other thread said they will work MI-3 along. Let's see how it goes. Things will be clear by the end of April, I hope. Let's see. It's hard to predict exactly. |

Dear All
I have sent updated documents on 17 march
They had never asked me about travel histroy ...I have sent voluntarily...
I had 17 visits in different countries.... all were just for recreation ( tourism)
I have visted UK, Thailand , France, Thailand, singapore, UAE, Malaysia, Saudia Arabia, Uzbekstan ( Tashkent), etc
(for 3-15 days max)
I had mentioned that
I just want to ask ....my travel history could delay my MR or further processing
OR it is good and it will not have any effect on further processing?

It is my observation or idea that it does not affect your MR. These people strictly working on their SOP(standard operating procedures) if they want travel history they asked for that.
In my opinion it doest matter. Inshallah your MR is on way.
I pray for all the members of the forum to receive their MR. |
