I think we all should send mail to chc, requesting not to send letters by normal mail

They already do that by TCS courier. check this email I received.

There could be two reasons either they haven't sent two address labels asked by CHC initially or its carelessness of the visa office. Thanks

 i had my medical examination yesterday in Lahore.when i gave the urine sample i saw the attendant marking a cross against my name whereas marking the correct sign against the others.  when i asked him he didn't disclose anything just said that the strip result were vague.when i came back home i got my urine sample examined from an authentic lab and result was normal..just showing traces of protein.
Do you think this will be a problem in further process? please reply me,i am quite worried.

In my opinion you need not to worry and attendant was right. They might do it again. But you should have at least asked if result was vague why they not do it again or what they gonna do? thanks

Thaynks for your valuable suggestion. Please guide me what will happen to my new borns medical and will updating new born's info delay my process???

Inform them through e-mail about your new born. and they will send you an e-mail with info that what forms and else is required to update your son's status in your application and after you have sent them the required docs. you will receive your sons Medicals shortly. yeah it will delay your process bit. But you have to update your son's status.

May be London is sending by tcs and islamabad is sending by normal post

Update my Status:

Yesterday (24-Feb-2012) my consultant received MR from CHC-London thru TCS which extract are as under:

* Medical Examination of each family member
* Update Original Police Certificate of each family member

and timing for submission of these documents within 60 Days from letter dated 10-2-2012.

Timeline of my case are mentioned in Signature portion.

Previous History :
On  Jan 19, 2012 CHC London send email to my consultant, which extract are as under:
 
* Need only two documents for update (Generic and Schedule A/Background Declaration)
* Update copies of passport biopage for each family member
* 2 recent photographs of each family member
* " We Should be in a position to issue medical forms for your family"

and timing for submission of these documents within 30 Days from email dated 19-1-2012. I have submitted above documents on 26-Jan-2012 which reach at CHC London on 3-Feb-2012.

Hope above information is a again Good News for entire Pre-June 2010 applicants.

their is no need to send the enquiry.. and disturb the curtains unnecessarily.. its just forms updation and after that u received the medical call separately as was being done by chc in my case... u can see my timelines in signatures...

you are absoultely right with the fees, its 490$/person. that's why i wrote (i guess) 450$. and they have mentioned the same website which u mentioned for fees in letter.
i will ask them also why they are asking for fees first. also i will try to send all of it asap bcz they have mentioned in letter to give them 4 months to review incoming correspondance.

the same situation was with my friend as well... what he did.. he just wrote an email about the situatioin to chc and at the same time try to get all the necessary doc for his new born kid, and in response to the query chc ask about the kids documentation within 30 days..and when he send the documents... chc send fresh MR for all the family members again...and it was being done within 60 days...the whole process...no delay

I need help and guidance from the seniors..

I m a prejune 2010 applicant and I have just recieved my medical dated 9th Feb 2012. I have been given 60 days for medical. Alongwith they have asked for some more forms to be sublitted as well. The point where I am stuck is that we have a new family member born in the month of Nov and I have not submitted his information t the office so far. What am I supposed to do first, Get my med done or add his info first??? I am done with his original birth certificate but not the b- form and passport. If u ppl suggest to go for the latter, guide me the steps as well

first i will try to send all required info asap.
