I think this might have been the reason for delay in completion of background checks. I know another member of this forum, who shared his experience with us here last year. His background checks were completed in more than 8 months because of the reason that he left a gap in the personal history section. Lets hope the checks are completed soon in your case. I HAVE LEFT THE GAPE, AND SEND THE DOCUMENT TO THE VO. THEN THE VO ASKED TO FILLING THE FORMS AGAIN MAKE SOURE THAT YOU DONOT LEAVE ANY GAPE, THEN I SENDS THE FORMS IN THE END OF JULY, 2011.

Dear All Hope that every thing goes fine for every body I have a query regarding the IELTS result submission I submitted my documents along with IELTS result in July 2010. As u know that the validity of ILETS is for two years so can any one tell that if my case is not finalized within two years of my test date (date is 25-06-2010) than will I have to submit a new IELTS result or the submitted result shall be valid till final decision. |

IELTS must not be more than a year old at the time of submission, then you dont have to appear again |

While submitting a blank sheet to continue the Personal history of Schedule A form for my spouse at the top of the page, I have written his name as spouse, instead of mine. Its not on the Immigration form rather a continuation blank sheet which many usually fill in. Do u think, it's a problem...despite the fact, my spouse is not a principal applicant. For example

Great News to all...for Pre-June 2010
Yesterday my consultant received email from CHC-London which extract are as under:
* Need only two documents for update (Generic and Schedule A/Background Declaration)
* Update copies of passport biopage for each family member
* 2 recent photographs of each family member
* " We Should be in a position to issue medical forms for your family"
and timing for submission of these documents within 30 Days from email dated 19-1-2012.
Timeline of my case are mentioned in Signature portion.
Hope above information is a Good News for entire Pre-June 2010 applicants.
My Consultant Rvd my MR today, I will inform all details very soon |
