I guess the consensus is to consult Dr neelofer.

My current e-case is showing in process with a processing date of 22nd August 2011. The gap between start date of processing and medicals issuance is almost four months. The date mentioned on CHC letter is 18th January 2012, whereas i received it today. It appears that the TCS is delaying the delivery of letters.

I have been 60 days for completion of the requisite documents. Lets hope I can do that soon.

My best wishes remains with all fellows for earliest and successful outcome of applications.

Yes, your are right, my date of processing star 17-1-2012, i got additional letter request from TCS 2nd Feb 2012, 30 day given me to submitted additional dox, 15 days wast by TCS, so can CHC give us  4 to 5 days as grace days ?

no, they will not tolerate. try ur level best to submit inside the stipulated time..

Today I received a letter from CHC London asking for MR, updated police clearance, RPRF payment and updated forms. I got it through the usual channel of TCS from its Islamabad office by paying a fee of Rs 1350.

I am a 2009 applicant and my timeline is available at the bottom.

Please advise me regarding selection of DMP in Islamabad / Rawalpindi. Which one would be better?

My advice would be be to complete the documents ASAP with out making any request for grace period. They may or may not accept the request. So lets not take the risk.

Processing of my application started on 22nd August 2011 and MR was issued on 18th Jan 2012. It took them five months to compete all background checks and verification etc. It is clear that background checks is a time taking activity at CHC london. Just wait for the checks to be completed and keep reminding them through Email inquiry at regular intervals. I have been sending inquiries to CHC at regular intervals for the last one year.

My timeline as depicted from E case status is given below:

We received your application for permanent residence on March 16, 2009.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 30, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the London England office on April 7, 2009. The London England office may contact you.
 
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on August 22, 2011.

                                                          i have sent an application for canadian immigration FSW on 7th may 2010.
i got a letter from cic canada on 20th october 2010. Then i sent my full doc on 5th january 2011 & recieved 2nd AOR from chc london
on 7th july 2011 with new file number pasted on the letter they have sent, from then i 've tried to access my new file number many times but it didn't access. could anyone plzzz tell me if they got any new or 2nd file number which is accessing ? bcoz my file number didn't access yet, therefor i m using my previous or 1st file number there my e-case status is still RBVO & pending review. And also suggest my timeline if anyone can tell me about.

I am also required to submit the updated forms. In my opinion, we have to fill the new formats of the forms. The older ones are now superseded. I hope my idea is correct.

As we have seen recently that TCS is wasting some time from 30 days period given by CIC for additional docs, is it advisable to submit these docs before they ask, for the people of my time line ?
