Yes,

This is the date when CIO receives ur PR application and considered as application filed date.

But processing time applies when VO receives ur complete application along with supporting documents.(currently)

Count the time from the date when you submit your full application to London VO. Right now 24-36 months for whole procedure.
1- By post mail [TCS].
2- 3-4 months.
3- May-July 2012.

we all are same boat most of us are waiting for around 20 months or more and still we have no update from CHC london
at the moment CHC London processing time 23 months but seems that for Pakistani application they take more than 24 months
We all  hope that we will start to see some next 2 quarter 2012

Hi,
   Why are you worrying about. All pre-june are facing the same problem. No need to apply for caips at this stage because it would show you nothing. Processing has not yet commenced on your file. Right now 24-36 months expected time for pre june applicants. Relax.

I ahve started filling in Generic IMM0008 form and stuck on bullet-7, the query is..

7-Have you received your Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ)?
a) Check the corresponding box
b) If you checked ―Yes, please indicate the CSQ number
c) If you checked ―No, indicate the date when you applied for your CSQ

What does that mean, also there is another form i.e Schedule-3 IMM0008 Economic Class, Which one I have to fill? I consulted EG57 guide but nothing found on it.
