But what about the Letter requesting further documents 
How i come to know that what further documents they need Becoz they said in there email "Medical and letter requesting further documents has been issued and sent to your address"

How to do Medicals w/out the forms?

Usually we need to do our meds thru the forms [IMM1017] supplied by our VO [the concerned CHC]. However, there could be reasons for doing the same WITHOUT them. Eg. the forms are lost, the CONsultant is withholding them, forms r somewhere & u r somewhere else etc. In such case, we 'can do the meds w/out the forms' too. Here's how:

1. Email CHC again to re-issue u the IMM1017 [med forms]... if time permits.
2. If not, Contact a DMP for an appointment.
3. Inform the DMP, in advance, that u want to do the meds "w/out" the forms.
4. They can get your meds done by 'creating' those forms* for u.

*Note:
- All DMPs have those 'blank'* forms.
- All they need is an 'authority' to do so. If u have the CHC's email - it would suffice.
- If u don't have an email from CHC, yet the DMP'll be happy to assist u [read they want the money].
- They'll need your File No. + 2xPhotos to prepare the forms [specific for u].
- U need to show the DMP your original Pps & pay the DMP's Fees [of course].

Important: If u do not get the CHC's nod to do the meds, remember the meds expire by 1yr & your visa/s will be valid till that period 'only' [except if anyone of your dependent's Pps expire before that, then it'd be earlier]. So, doing the meds early could be risky - as it might offer u lesser time to 'land'. If that's Ok with u, plz be free to get the meds done earlier.

Just tick "other" in the legal status Clause 13 of Dependent's personal detail.
Fill the "Other ______ " by "Spouse of permanent residence" OR Spouse of "Whatever your legal status is"
I would strongly advise to get the stay of your husband legalized after or before sending your application because at some stage of your application they may ask for it.

How to fetch the CAIPS thru friend/relative [in Canada] ?

Under the Privacy Act, one of our friends/relatives, who reside in Canada, can order the CAIPS under our authorization. There is a CIC fee of only $5 to be incurred for that purpose. Here's what we should do:

1. Download the form here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563B.pdf
2. Fill the specified colums/fields, viz:
   - a) Visa post [ND, Buffalo, London etc.]
   - b) Your File number [Bxxxxxxx]
   - c) Date of Birth [applicant's, not the rep's]
   - d) The requester's Postal address [Canadian Address only]
3. Tick the box "for CAIPS Notes request" on the form.
4. Enclose copies of the rep's [not yours] PR Card/visa/COPR etc. [Canadian ID].
5. Attach the Consent Form [signed by each applicant for "use of a representative"].
6. Enclose a Money Order/Draft for $5.
7. Send (Mail or Courier 'only') all the documents to:
   Citizenship and Immigration Canada
   (Access to Information and Privacy Coordinator)
   Narono Building 360 Laurier Avenue West, 10th Floor
   Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1
   Tel.: (613) 957-6512
8. Your CAIPS Notes should return by 4-6 weeks [usually].

Further documents are Normally
Update IMM0008 forms,additional family information form, Updated PCCs,Travel history form and RPRF request
Get your medicals done and meanwhile send them updated forms + a letter by courier from your address with a paid / address printed envelop for a reply.
Start your letter with "Dear Visa Officer"
Also include a printout of the email sent by them for reference.
It is experienced by other forum members that replies of courier mails are faster as compared emails.
DO NOT PAY RPRF UNTIL YOU HAVE A SOLID REQUEST IN YOUR HANDS OTHERWISE YOUR MONEY WILL BE STUCK FOR 6 MONTHS.

Without delaying intimate VO about the update. When you receive the email reply you should send the required docs. The fee of baby is 150 CAD$. The draft would be in the name of Receiver General For Canada.


They normally take 15 to 20 days to reply the email. [Max 28 days]
Meantime apply for following docs:-
1- Apply for birth certificate at concerned Union council [Nadra].
2- After receiving BC go for CRC [Child reg. certificate].
3- After CRC apply for passport [Better to go for urgent passport in 7 days].
4- 4 CIC specified pics of baby.
5- Demand Draft of 150$ fee.
6- Amended forms.
7- Cover letter with full docs
8- Copy of passport
9- Notarized Copy of child Birth certificate
10-Notarized Copy of CRC.

Thanks Canada1234, what about the email ID I would need to use for informing VO about this change, also we were 3 before for which i had mentioned POF required as 17011$CAD but now as we are 4 but I have not been able to immidiately raise the balance as POF upto 20654$CAD? what should i do? would i need to immidiately inject the amount to show balance 20654$CAD and send the bank letter to VO alongwith child's docs you mentioned. Please advise.

What stage VO would ask me for the additional documents as I am a little bit lost and dont know much about this part of processing.Can you Please explain the process left in bullet points? How much time approximately you foresee for VO requesting me for the additional docs?
Are we not supposed to send such changes rather waiting for instructions from them? what the normal practice is?

I think we all should not go for new babies before the completion of our cases. Its my opinion only
