Hi seniors please guide as CHC LDN is conducting interview of immigrants, in FSW catagory if the spouse is a bit hard to hear or about unable to hear due to hearing loss, then what would be the situation in case of interview called by VO. The questions that Visa Officer wants to ask from the spouse can be answered by the principal applicant ?

Dear friend,
I'm afraid spouse hearing impairment would be a serious matter and can lead you rejection. If interview is waved it would be found by DMP in Medical. I'm not an expert but have heard on this forum. You should also check it from Qorax, leon as well.
Thread Below might help you in this regard:-

But why do they start taking interviews?  In the past there was no interviews procedures...

This is not new. They also took interviews in the post. It depends on your case. If there is any ambiguity in the case you will be called for an interview.

Thanks

Our Medicals are being delayed.  The CHC website states that the process may take 20 months, so we should wait for 20 months; or can receive MR if our Luck bears fruit

I second pitta, Interview can take place if VO found case skeptical. For Pakistani applicants Islamabad would be the destination if interview occurs.

Processing time on cic website is not always reliable. You should give 24-36 months from the date of doc submit till PR receive. If you receive MR earlier than that it would be lucky.
CIC also mentioned below the website the following statement.
Processing times are shown only where an office has finalized 10 or more cases in the past 12months
The statement shows the timeline is not final.

Dear canada1234

If visa officer will not let me answer the question put on my spouse and resultantly if he is not satisfied then what options will I have, whether they will refuse visa to both of us or just refuse my spouse visa.

Thanks and regards

Dear as I mentioned earlier it's a serious matter. They will refuse your application when they found about this disability. If anyone in the family including PA, spouse or child has got hearing impairment it would lead to rejection for all. I'm sorry I didn't mean to disappoint you. For expert opinion I would again urge you to contact through PM to Qorax, leon and PMM. They will further guide you in this regard..

Dear Darwaish,

Dont worry about picking up MR. You will receive it at home, however, I will suggest you Mr. Ahson Waheed Rathor in New Muslim Town, He is best option in Lahore in my opinion, I had two MRs from him.

Thanks toronto2011,
I read somewhere on the forum, by PAK applicants, that MR alongwith original transcripts etc are sent through TCS and they call the applicant to pick it up from their office.
May be it has changed recently or your experience is different. Please share

I don't think MR or any other letter from London VO is delivered at home by TCS, instead one has to go to TCS office and pay to get the letter.

Heard from this forum that when MR arrives first TCS representative call you to confirm & ask for around Rs 1300/-. Later, I guess its your choice to receive the packet personally or delivered at home.

You should inform CIC London right after you returned from the visit. No need to inform them prior. You can bring into their notice at any stage of you application after completing your visit. For Abu dhabi you should follow the same procedure.
