Dear All,
Please confirm if a letter issued by 'National Savings Center' can be considered as a 'Proof of Fund' or not?

I have invested funds in Regular Income Certificate at National Savings Center. I have asked the Manager at National Savings, he says that we do issue letter like a bank stating that Mr___ has invested ____ amount with National Savings Center Pakistan etc.

My question is that, is this letter, issued from national Savings Center, can be used as a proof of funds for Immigration purpose? Or only bank issued letter is valid?

they do issue a certificate stating total amount of ur investments............ dont forget to add one sentence in ur certificate that your investments can be encased any time. ............ u wil have to request them for this ............. they may not write it themselves

my address also reppeared yesterday..
it seams that most of us got address diesappared in late Auust, and now we all got our addresses back...
may be we should get IN PROCESS soon??

Me too from Pak and applied in OCt, 2010 in cate 2121..i received my 1st AOR in Feb, 11..after that my address disappeare and re-appeare time n again in months of Jul, Aug and sept but no change has occured so far..i know many persons who applied in Sep, Oct, Dec even in 1st quarter of 11 received there medical ..

i could't understand y it is happening with Oct, 2010 applicant..what do u say??

nt know why people who applied in 2011 are gettiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiicals, and while the ones who applied in sept 2010 to november 2010 are still waiting.. 
may be they picked up the bunch of cases from 2011 are processed them, efully they can pick up the cases fvrom 2010 and process them as well...

dear coolover...i know it may nt be acceptable by all, bt to my personal opinion they are jst biasing with us i mean pakistani's...as u can see they are processessing applicants from all over the world in reasonably good times but as far as pakistani applicants are concerned july, sep' oct all are jst waiting waiting n waiting....i dont know really confused over the whole matter,trid my best to be optimistic bt truely when i see others who are far back in dates than us are getting MR and we r jst wasting time in this stupid wait wait n wait.....how far we will wait its our decision ....im nt very hopeful now abt ths immigration...sorry for such depressing mail bt its what i can share my frend

After a month of address disappearance yesterday it reappeared again but with same RBVO status.

I feel that disappearance of the address was a system bug which was repaired, primarily because everyone's address re-appeared together.

Strange bug haan !, arriving after every quarter and NOT attacking every applicant and then leaving many with one step further in their case progress. 
Had it been a bug CIC would have sorted it out within its early strikes instead of sitting back as a spectator and inviting endless quarries from people like us......this is what my logic seems to follow
anyways....every opinion is respected and everybody is free to take the way it suits

i totally agree with darwash..... CIC must realize that their actions effect the lives of people..... so they better be relying on something more than a bug.

i wonder why no one at CIC knows the meaning of the word "queue"...... and wish someone from CIC is a member of this forum and reads what ppl think and feel about their performance.

i think VO can open ur file before BFD ....... if address disappearance is due to open file ........then in my case it is true .....coz my BFD was 26th September but my address is missing from last week or more .......
