@ Ebaad You have been asked to send PCC, work experience and Bank statement which will obviously go by courier, therefore also inform the change of address in writing along with the other three documents. What is your time line (date of filing, PER, In Process etc) Salam Friends,,
I am changing my residential home with effect from 1st september. what is the appropriate way to inform VO about my address update??
Should i write an email or send a hard copy letter. I have to send my PCC, Work Exp letter and Bank Statement which visa office asked me to send. so is this ok if i send a letter along with these documents about my address change or should i send email through status check option,, where it asks that if u want to change address contact here..

Regards,
@ Salman... I have also checked with some friends who have claimed points for a relative and they have also given the NADRA issued FRC (Family Registration Certificate)... I guess that is the best option....Good Luck !!!

I sent my application in Dec, 2010. Received PER on March 09, 2011 and my status was RBVO and it was updated to In process on August 17, 2011 and I received an email on Aug 18, 2011 for the additional documents.. @ Ebaad You have been asked to send PCC, work experience and Bank statement which will obviously go by courier, therefore also inform the change of address in writing along with the other three documents.

I have received second AOR in July 2010 and still waiting for further correspondence. I was just wondering whether the further correspondence from London office will be in form of postal mail or through emails.
Sometimes postal mail can be very unreliable and thus, my concerns.

If any other document required by VO for yur case processing, you will be be getting an email (usually). After you get Inprocess ,you will be getting medical request and that would be through a registered mail. The Courier service, in some cases, called you on the number provided by you to collect the package (MR) and you may also have to pay the fees yurself.. so there is no chances that u got yur mail lost.. Chill, WS

@ kml2706 Thanks for your reply. I think you should mail the documents at the address mentioned on the email send to you by London VO, they cannot send wrong addresses, but if u r still doubtful then send it on the CHC address (38 Grosvenor) Ia m sure it will reach London VO and subsequently your file You can also send email to London VO for clarification of address and then mail the documents. GCMS NOTES RECEIVED
I had applied for CAIPS and I received GCMS instead. It is easy to read than CAIPS and after reading it 2 or 3 times you actually get hold of things. Well my eligibility review at VO end is still not completed and currently my file is at Anti Fraud Unit I don't know if its a normal procedure or they suspect something in my case. Anyway, last time when my address disappeared it was not a system fault and they were actually working on it because the comments are made on the same dates. Some kind of assignment is given to one of the VO for my case and due date for the completion of assignment is 30th sept 2011.
Also they have 3 issues in my case. First, they want my bank statement as I only included bank letter at the time of application. Second, they want more concrete and conclusive proof of relation with my relative and proof that he is currently living in Canada. Third, they want to review my employment docs in depth.
I wish all the issues get resolved and they send me medicals request without any further requirements. Those who are still waiting for any kind of correspondence from their VO I would suggest to order CAIPS as it would give you a little relief that your file is not resting in the VO rather they are working on it but yeah slowly and you will also get to know issues they have in your application.

I have also received an email from VO with the address 1 Grosvenor street.. So I am sending my docs on this very address and not at the 38 Grosvenor. @ kml2706 Thanks for your reply.
