completed my landing on July 3 at Toronto.
Open one bank account today and deposited amount in it.
Have another evening appointment for account opening at TD bank.
Well, I act like crazy people (as said darwaish) and carry all POF as cash.
Immigration process was very quick and smooth at Toronto airport and we (family of 4) completed Landing experience in 20 min.
they just asked question....nothing checked by IO nor by Custom Officers.

hi members of the forum i need advise,
just today i have got mail from visa office and it states that visa officer is not satisfied with my degrees although i have sent them original on their request but i did  not get originals  verified from university.they have given me 30 days to reply and satisfy the visa officer please please please give me advise what should i send to proof my documents original.

Assalamualaikum,

If ur educational degrees can be attested through your institution, IBCC and HEC (Incase graduation or above) or any relevant technical board, U are good to go.

U have all the time u need, just go back to ur School/Collage/Uni, and get ur certificates attested, and move on to IBCC for Inter and HEC for Graduation.

thanks for response i am getting photocopies of bpharm and mphil degree attested from my university since i do not have my original certificates with me, they have specifically pointed bpharm and mphil degree. HEC takes lot of time i am left with only 24 days
i am planning to get certificate of education from my dean of faculty as well as my supervisor

thanks for response i am getting photocopies of bpharm and mphil degree attested from my university since i do not have my original certificates with me, they have specifically pointed bpharm and mphil degree. HEC takes lot of time i am left with only 24 days
i am planning to get certificate of education from my dean of faculty as well as my supervisor

First of all I am very sorry about your case. Now you have only one option left with you. As Mr Nashe said to proof that your degrees are not fake, the best option is go to IBCC and HEC only IBCC take one week (if I remember) but HEC give you on the same day if you go there personally in HEC Islamabad office. Morning they will take your degrees with fee and after three or four hrs they will return but here you have to show your Metric and inter degree as well to HEC for attestation of your Graduation and any higher degree bcz this the requirement. But if you send through courier service then it will take a week to ten days to get it back. But they will not attest any photo copies until your original degrees are attested before. (Means first original and then photocopies).

NOW YOU HAVE ONLY OPTION, As you don't have original with you so it is better to make an affidavit that your degrees are not fake and also get a letter from you university about your degrees with the attestation of photocopies (Its is better to get in seal envelope with the visiting card of attesting authority). And send this sealed envelope with your affidavit to them hope it will work.

I seriously doubt that MOST of them are on vacations......and even if they are on vacation.....there would definitely be some substitute for them....they would never just leave and put their work to the side.........it's London Visa Office.......not Government of Pakistan

Hye... and it is strange, who would they doubt? I av also applied on 3131.
Can you tell me your university please?
In case if you don't have original degrees with you, do you have result cards? get them attested by HEC and MOFA, ASAP... as other fellows have told u the time it will take, meanwhile write to LVO that you can not get attested until u have the original degrees, so request them to send u back your original degrees and meanwhile ask them for more time. Plus u can write them if the letter from the Dean and Supervisor will be enough? send them all of your academic documents attested by the authorities in your university.

thanks for your precious advise it is  good  idea to attach visiting cards, just today i have applied for certificate from dean, supervisor head of dept and controller of examination , i will get these on sat in sha ALLAH, u r right i ve no other option left since i do not have original docs, i ll also get affidavit this is also a good idea which did not struck my mind.i will request visa office to return my originals so i ll send them attested originals once again,

Get the original transcripts issued from the university in sealed envelopes, send them the admit/enrollment card, ID card of college (if held), provisional certificate from the college/university. In addition, get the copies of degrees verified by college/university and seal it in their envelope with official stamps. Hope that works for them. You must do every possible thing to satisfy him.

The doubt usually occurs if documents have any mismatch of numbers/roll number/name etc or have any cutting/over-writing. Think over it this is the case then address the issue.

DID THEY ASK YOU FOR UPDATED DOCS, PCC, 2 ADDITIONAL PHOTOS etc. If they have, then probably case is not that serious.

Wow such a long vacation
Well if they go on vacations during this period there must be work going on because visa offices don't rely on one or two visa officers and they know how to cater the demand and supply. In addition, I doubt they will get vacations specially during this period because the temporary hold on applications was imposed for a reason.

No they did not ask foranything else, vo assume my bpharm and mphil degree counterfiet and has given 30 days to reply.
i do not have any mismatch my record is smooth and o.k, only mistake i did is that i did not send my degrees in sealed envelope after verification.

 because all i recieved mail from vo in nov 2011 which says:

Dear Sir/Madam,
 
To continue processing this application, the following is required within 45 days:
 
 - Original educational documents, including transcripts, for the principal applicant.
 
- Original employment documents for the principal applicant.

Failure to comply within 45 days may result in the refusal of this application.

there is no indication of verification in this email..... i have applied for verification to controller of examination, my dean , supervisor and chaieperson will give me a letter to ensure that i have been and still student of karachi univ.
i am also getting verification of photocopies of inter and matric marksheet.
hope it will fulfil visa officiers'need
