at what stage u and other forum members were being rejected.at when the file is inprocess or at CIO review.
vo asked for recent notice of assesment and payslip recent.The other relative is real uncle (father's real brother)

i was reading about ur problem on that other thread......... dont worry to much bro ........... just relax ...........ppl sitting at the VO are not stupid ..... if there is some error ............ they correct it .....dont relay on ecase toooo much ............ wasy dont u feel good when u see "In process" Smiley

when we applied in September last year ...... our ecase was "in process" for so many days ........... then it changed to RBVO ...... just give them sometime ............obviously they are not as efficient as we Pakistanis are  Cool

Rejection at CIO stage is Straight away rejection..you get all your documents back along with the bank draft.

rejection at Visa office stage is not the immidiate rejection. Sometimes they ask you to provide further evidence and if incase you are not able to provide any documentry evidence you get rejected.

The in process status made me feel very happy, but its just that i dont want to get my hopes high about something that might only be a mistake. Sad

it sure is a mistake ............. ur status can never be in process before RBVO .............. but even if u write them abt it........... they will change it when they feel like changing it ............ plz just relax........... nothings gonna happen
