It is just unbelievable my status was changed to DM from RBVO on 27th Feb. I feared rejection
Just now I have received an email asking for the following documents for submission

Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
* Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
* Updated  Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form for the principal applicant

Photographs of all family members

Payment of PRF

copies of passport

Updated police certificates

But interestingly no Medicals as yet what does it mean

Please help me.

Thanks

many congrats dear....for some people it is turning out to be an error....I guess medicals not included because there is currently rush and queue at PMB ottawa who sends out medicals. Its only a matter of time you would get your medicals. thanks

agreed.. job duties must be matching to those on HRSDC website else if it is one year full paid experience or 10 years it would not be counted. thanks

@   dr.paro can you copy past your rejection letter here removing your personal details. thanks

Hi cocknbull,

In my rejection letter they said that,

"You have indicate that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC code:  NOD 3112, General Practitioners and Family Physicians.  Although the NOC code corresponds to an occupation specifies in the instructions, you have not demonstrated that you demonstrated that you have a minimum of one year of continues full-time or equivalent part time, paid work experience in the occupation in the last ten years.
Since you did not provide satisfactory evidence that you have work experience in any of the listed occupations, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and you applications is not eligible for processing".

Hi!

If that is the case that they didn't talk about job duties then you are all rite. Please send your reconsideration letter as soon as possible to program manager. I am surprised why they didn't check the dates on your experience letter. I remember you told you have consultant too. What is he doing? Just for guidance you can check the following link.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t73534.0.html

But I am sure in your case they will reopen it and send you medicals as this is an error from their side and  we have seen in case of other applicant "countryboy" who was also wrongly rejected but later they have reopend his file and sending him medicals soon. All the best. thanks

how can you be so sure that they are not talking about duties, may be they didnt find the required duties in the letter and I dont think so they will clearly mention in all the cases in the rejection letter the clear cut reason of rejection.

I am sure because I have seen rejection letters of other rejected applicants and  "mhmlhr" is one of them where they clearly talked about job duties mismatch but in her case there is no such thing thats why I asked her to copy paste her rejection letter.

So what do you think what they must have done, they might have overlooked his experience letters?

Dear I think either some documents were missing from her file because of negligence from visa office or from her consultant or they just overlooked. Seems carelessness. But now she needs to write a comprehensive letter stating she did provide requisite work experience. Thanks

Hello Guys

I finally got an email from LO VO, and they have asked me to submit Updated Schedule A Background/ Deceleration form.
I guess i am supposed to send the new format? Right?
and can someone kindly tell me that I have relocated to an other city recently, should i mention that? and should i write them a letter for change of my address?
PS. they asked me to send them the forms by post, should i send on the same address given below in email? and what if i send the reply to email with updated forms in attachment?

Regards and Best of Luck to everyone.
