dear brothers,

Please help, i have been struck in a difficult situation..I claimed blood relation points of my uncle but he is not  living in Canada so VO required some more proof and they e.mailed me which i could not proof..
I have two question:-

1)  I have M. Phil (2 years B.sc, 2 year Master and 2 years M. Phil= 18 years of education) kindly tell me will they award me 25 or 22 marks????and spouse Bsc how many points they give to my spouse???

2)  I am unable to proof my uncle living in Canada, will they refuse me or i will improve my IELTS result..at this stag they will accept my new IELTS result or Not?Huh?? coz if they will not award my uncle points then...

Someone,
Pls see the signature and tell me either we are post-june (as 2nd AOR received in Aug)
or pre-june (as full documents received by VO London on "two" dates once in Mar-2010 and
then in Jul-2010)? Huh
Some consider pre and some as post..
Confusion all around..new day new sight...

If ur application was sent before 26th June 2010, then u definitely are a pre-june case...also ur NOC tells us that u r pre-june....

There is a chance that ur case will take a little longer than us post june...as CIC is giving priority to the new MI instructions (or in other words....new cases)

You just need to be patient and focus on ur current job/life.....i know its frustrating....but in the end it will be ur better future...Inshallah !!!!

Would u like to take the responsibility of the tracker??

I am not sleeping...i dont visit everyday and have been busy with other things in my life...no one ever mentioned the tracker..so i was assuming no one actually cares about it...
