Dear Seniors
I have main confusion.
please help me .
My wife is architect and me is civil engineer.
she passed her graduation august 2010 but she joined architect company from December 2009 and still working in the same company.
Here is one point , passing time of graduation comes after joining time of company... actually reason is that , in last term of final year, there was only one officially cousre, she went to attend the classes of this course for two days per week, the classes of this course was finalized in novemver 2009. from december 2009, she was totally free for six days per week including sunday. during this period ,she had to attend only day for thesis project. so she applied for job , she got it on her ability by just showing her resume and mark sheets of each terms ( from 1st to 9th term , total terms of this degree are 10 in architect degree, becoz this is five year bachelor degree program). she took exam for only one course in april 2010 , that was for one day exams,..... after that she passed and got result of last 10th term of degree on august 2010, ........that was whole story.....now i am in fix , architect is in the MI3 list , she took exams for ielts , she got 10 points from the ielts,
total point are like below:
01-graduation: 20
02-IELTS: 10
03-age: 10
04- adability: 05 ( her husband brother is living in canada on immigration basis)
05- Her husband has master degree: 5
06- experience : 17 ( for two years) but there is little confusion for two years, which i stated above..will it be problem if passing time of graduation comes after joining time of working compnay... she has also expericnce certificate along with other documents like contracts, pay slips, salary certificate since december 2009 to up date..my wife ll be principal applicant
please help for this issue...

What you have written here, write it in a cover letter. It wont be a Problem. THOUGH the number of years of full time education might get a hit...THOUGH not sure. BUT explain everything honestly in a cover letter. I am sure its not a problem. I will recommend her to improve on IELTS, 10 is a bit low. BUT someone with similar NOC code can tell you better what safe IELTS score is....Yes there can be problems even if you have 67 Points or more, if IELTS is low. Though rare I guess. |

:)Salam Love Bird 43 and all members , Someone( i dont remember exact page where it is) posted link of youtube video. Same thing there what was written above by Love Bird 43 Its seems really hard to survive in Canada . But I hope at least no electrocity and gas load shedding in Canada like we facing here in Pakistan.  IF are surviving here why not we will survive there.? I guess main thing we have to prepare our mind,specially whose who used to live here as Khan-saabs!For you specially Pakistani people it seems really hard to live and work there where noone calls you ''Sir Ji'' Khan-saab. After 7 years of living here I myself used that people call me ''Madam ''with respect,I guess no one going to call me Madam in Canada ..  Its is real than RESPECT is here in Pakistan... But for the future of our children we can afford everything...I guesss So, lets be strong and support each other !!! Pakistan Forever!! |

Today my ecas change to INPROCESS and adress disappeared.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 22, 2011.
Visa office gave me 45 days to add dox of new born.
They also inform me that medical instructions will be issued for whole family after the reciept and review of dox of the new born.
Please update the spreadsheet and remember us in your prayers for smooth processing.

Alia, Maybe you are right on the aspects you experienced, although I want to share onething here..I am very disappointed here for the 'good' future of our kids as in school, in family and in the surroundings we cannot avoid 'anti-muslim' behaviors and culture..unfortunately Pakistan is no more Islamic, (not only saying, but also we do our job to make it, in every aspect) while there living my friends and sisters have more courage to fight against 'anti-muslim' culture so as their children have.. Still tell you more, I wish it would be easy to live and get PR Visa for Saudia, Malaysia, or some other real Islamic state.  Wish you ever blessed by Allah. |
