But one of our family friends in Australia offered us to send letter from college
FREE.( mean college send letter to applicant free)
what abt Canada.?I mailed Seneca college ,but for application they charges 65$-non refundable..
I didnt get it?is it fee for a letter or just for application
Gyus,such a big variety of colleges ,need your help to choose ( according to ur experience)

Please understand one thing....its not just a "letter" you need to get from the university.....its actually "Admission"....normally "ALL" Universities will charge you an application fee....i seriously doubt that there will be any that is free (that is in the US and Canada)...
I did my MBA from US (quite some time back) and have been through the process of applying....i dont remember a single university that let me apply for free.....as for the choice of university....it depends on a few things:
1. What kind of education are you trying to pursue (Bachelors in, Masters in, Certificate in....etc)
2. Any specific province (British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta etc)
3. Funds available. (self paid or looking for scholarship)
4. Purpose of study (to advance your qualifications or for immigration purposes)
