thanks for taking a lead in compiling up the data.

i'ld suggest following changes.

Please arrange the columns like this:
User Id:
City:
NOC:
App recieved date:
PER Recevied date:
RBVO Date:
In process date:
Medical request date:
PPR date:
VISA ISSUED:
Current ECAS

Secondly please alott each column a color...and fill the whole row with that designated color, for e.g
App recieved: white
PER Recieved: blue
RBVO: green....
you can take a hint from 2011 tracker
