Hi SOSW, Sorry for not being in touch. i was hell lot of busy. VO sent me an email on 23rd august 2011 for additional documents(to prove my relationship with wife's uncle). They gave me 60 days to submit the document. I sent the documents on 19th of October thru Fedex. I also sent an email to them about this courier but never got a reply of that email. My baby was born on 1st of December and i sent email to LVO on 30th Dec 2011 about New addition in family. I got a very casual reply from them which is Dear Sir,
Please be advised that your application is currently with an officer awaiting review. Please send your new baby's document and fees to the address below:
High Commission of Canada
Immigration Division
MacDonlald House
38 Grosvenor Street
London W1K 4AA
United Kingdom
We look forward to hear from you soon.

I am saying below reply from VO a casual reply because it is not the complete answer of my email, or maybe i dint presented my email so well. my email to them was Respected Sir,
Furthermore to my previous courier dated 19th October 2011, in which I informed your office about the pregnancy of my wife. It's been two months to my previous correspondence and now I would like to know status of my application.
Through this write-up, I also want to inform your office about my Baby Boy's Birth. He was born on 1st December 2011.
Also provide me the address, where I could send documents of my Baby Boy and list of documents required.
Meanwhile I have received birth certificate of my Baby Boy and about to apply for
the issuance of his passport.
I will be thankful for having quick and kind response.

hey salman, the people who reply to queries are just clerks there in CHC london...they are not actually immigration officers...you can see in chc london reply saying client service unit...so budyy don't expect list of documents or other relevant queries...thanks |

hey salman,

Mmm I think that some replies are from the Concerned Visa Officer. If you see the emails there is a code like ABC, XYZ ro Something like that given. That is the Visa Officer's initial who is dealing with your file....ME THINKS Usually they are not very detailed, and mostly send Generic replies, as the application is processed. I guess they dont give precise info as to what is being investigated/processed etc etc, except when you are done with the Meds and then they say Security Checks are underway, and that is the last thing pending. |

Dear Cocknbull, CKL is the same guy who sent me the first email from LVO inquiring about additional documents. Althought the case of addition in family is specific and i assume that there must be some generic reply for such cases. but dont know why the reply was casual. Anyways, hoping to see a positive aspect of address disappearnce. Best of luck. First of all......CONGRATS on the addition to your family !!!!!!! Secondly, don't worry about the "casual" reply....I think that the guys and the VO take it for granted that we are supposed to know what documents to send and which forms to use and hence just send a generic reply....its just easier for them......just make sure that u send all docs and they have been received there....then Inshallah all should be ok.... I hope that u get ur Meds very soon....do keep us posted and pray for us too.....Thx |

Hello everyone, sorry i was away from this forum for the last 3 days due to some personal things. Anyways, my Address also disappeared when i checked on January 28, and is still missing.. so INSHALLAH some good news is coming for ALL of us!!! INSHALAH!!! so has anyone's address reappeared now? good luck to us all.. i think may be with the new year they are working on the files that they were hoding back in dec.. so lets see... keep praying all.. |
