Hi,
I am new to this forum. I am from Karachi.
I am currently preparing to apply for immigration for me and my family under the 2121 NOC, gathering documents and stuff. The current NOC cap list on CIC website indicates that NOC 2121 has 427 apps filed (updated on 13th DEC 2011). I think I will be ready to apply before Christmas. So is there absolutely no chance of our application falling inside the cap? There is no use trying our luck now?

Were you asked for additional/updated documents, if yes when and which documents ?
Nope... i wasn't asked for any additional documents. Initially my address was playing hide and seek games, but since October, i guess i have my address in my E CAS. I have put a query to CIC London and they gave the standard reply that your application is under background check blah blah. Huh  If you were asked for any additional documents? |

Hi Sahrhp, IMHO, there is nothing wrong in apply, the worst case scenario.....God forbid they will return your application but they will also refund your money so I think nothing to loose. And if you make it then great  so I say go ahead with your application. DJ Sam |

Yes I was asked for updated IMM0008 for me (principal applicant) and background forms for both my wife and me and this was asked by London VO through a letter send through to me by TCS in August 2011 but was dated 19 July 2011. |

PLEASE HELP ITS URGENT,
friends i have submited my pasport for visa stamping at canadian high commission islamabad my visa office is london were i have submited my all original documents required for the whole immigration process ,now i got few original documents back but still dint received back my n my wifes original experience letter by employers n also our marriage certificates, on asking from our consultant that we dint get sum of origianal certificates my consultant says that original experience letter is not returned by the visa offices they keep it with themselves, im v worrid because now experience certifiactes wont be issued again by the employer .......please friends help n tel is it true that visa office keeps experience certificate with them ............plaese anyone suggust some solution .

I wish i could give some good news regarding PPR....but no info as of yet...ECAS is also behaving these days...so no signs of any activity yet... Tension will now start building up as i am done with my travelling (official) for now and will find more time to think abt Canada !! Inshallah it will all be done when Allah wants it to be done....so no worries there... Btw r u in AD or DXB? Or somewhere else? Might be going to DXB next month with my family...small vacation....MIGHT.....lets see... Stay Happy !!!!  |
