Does anyone know how this scenario would work?  The company I work for in the U.S. is allowing me to work from home when I move to Canada (Montreal, specifically) once my PR is approved.  However, do you know how I would be paid?  Our Canadian division of the organization is located in Burlington, ON - however, I will be working from home in Montreal, QC.  I am not familiar in the least with Canadian income taxes, payroll, etc. and am completely unsure how this would work out.

Any insight or information is greatly appreciated!

All the best,
Brandon

The best way to get an answer is to discuss this with the CRA.

The company will issue you a pay slip from Ontario and withhold your taxes as they should and then you will file taxes in Quebec where you live and CRA has to figure out the mess.  That is my opinion anyway.  I am not a tax advisor Smiley
