Paid by Credit card did not send application yet

I paid by credit card 10 days ago which to my surprise was charged immediatly, then we got an ooportunity to change our old passports into computer read passports so we applied for new passports. we will be sending the application next week when we recieve the new passports so we could send them the new passport numbers.

my questions are:
do you think they will care that i send the application almost 2 weeks after payment?
and has anybody else's credit card got charged right away???

1.  Two weeks hence payment shouldn't be a concern.
2.  Yes, many got imdt card debit as well.
